Preparing Students for Life Beyond the Classroom.
Teen Resilience Coach & Youth Mentor
Meet Mrs. Whittney
Whittney K. Speaks is a Teen Resilience Coach, author, and active-duty U.S. Army Master Sergeant with nearly two decades of leadership and training experience. Throughout her military career, Whittney discovered a recurring pattern — many young people were stepping into adulthood without confidence, identity clarity, or emotional tools to navigate pressure, setbacks, and adversity. That realization sparked her mission to equip teens with real-time resilience skills they can use in everyday life.
As the founder of Christ Life Club, a youth mentorship nonprofit, and a youth pastor, Whittney works directly with high school students to strengthen identity, emotional regulation, self-worth, and leadership from the inside out. Her approach blends practical resilience training, personal development strategies, and faith-based identity building — creating experiences that are engaging, relatable, and transformational.
Whittney’s programs help teens:
- Develop confidence and healthy self-identity
- Manage stress, disappointment, and overwhelm
- Strengthen peer relationships and team connection
- Build emotional awareness and mental toughness
- Discover purpose and personal responsibility
Schools, churches, athletic teams, and youth programs partner with Whittney to bring interactive workshops, group coaching, and keynote sessions that leave students inspired, equipped, and empowered long after the event ends.
Her message is simple: Resilience isn’t something you’re born with — it’s something you build.
How its done...

Whittney brings powerful, real-world resilience training to high school students who are navigating pressure, identity struggles, and constant noise competing for their attention. She equips teens with practical tools to stay grounded, build confidence, and respond to setbacks with strength rather than shutdown. Her engaging, relatable sessions help students break unhealthy cycles, strengthen peer connection, and discover purpose beyond performance. Schools and youth programs partner with Whittney to create transformative experiences that leave students motivated, emotionally equipped, and ready to lead themselves well. If you want students who don’t just survive high school but grow through it — Whittney is the speaker to bring in.
Small Group Sessions
Whittney leads interactive small group sessions designed to help teens feel seen, heard, and equipped in a safe and supportive environment. These sessions go beyond motivation — they create real conversations around identity, emotional awareness, peer pressure, confidence, and navigating stress in everyday life. Through guided discussions, relatable teaching, reflection activities, and practical tools, students learn how to process challenges, regulate emotions, and build healthy thought patterns in real time. Each group experience strengthens connection among peers while helping students develop personal responsibility, resilience, and self-worth. Teens leave with clarity, confidence, and skills they can immediately apply at school, at home, and in their future.
Team Resilience Coaching
Whittney's Team Resilience Coaching equips athletic teams with the mindset and emotional tools needed to perform under pressure, recover from setbacks, and strengthen team connection. She uses similar strategies that have helped Soldiers build stronger bonds and perform under pressure. Whittney K. Speaks works with teams through interactive workshops, small-group sessions, and ongoing coaching experiences that build mental toughness, communication, and trust. Sessions focus on real-time resilience skills, emotional regulation, identity beyond performance, and responding to wins and losses with maturity. Coaches and program leaders gain students who are more unified, focused, and equipped to handle adversity on and off the field. Teams don’t just train harder they grow stronger from the inside out.
